Xbox app on Arm
Download and play PC Game Pass titles locally on Arm PCs
The Xbox PC app used to offer only cloud streaming on Arm. It now installs games locally on Arm-based Windows 11 PCs, and Microsoft says more than 85% of the Game Pass catalog is compatible.
Key points
-
Local installs
Games download and run on the device, most of them through Prism emulation.
-
Cloud as a fallback
Titles that cannot run locally can still be streamed with Xbox Cloud Gaming.
-
Anti-cheat still applies
Games that depend on unsupported anti-cheat remain unavailable locally.
