Up to 18 cores, a 3 nm process and an 80 TOPS NPU
Qualcomm's second-generation PC platform, announced in September 2025, is the hardware behind the 2026 wave of Arm laptops. More cores and a faster NPU give native and emulated apps alike more headroom.
